Let us know the travel name and your email
In case you want an exact quotation we will need also your scheduled arrival/departuire dates (or at least the nr of days and the period), the nr of people travelling with you and the travel code.
In case the travel you like is not listed in our website you let us know your preferred itinerary and we will quote for you at no cost.
For Disabled Travelers:
Let us know you special needs, if your wheelchair will be a manual(and foldable) one or a power wheelchair (in this case we will need the exact sized and the total weight of the wheelchair with the person seated on)
Booking Rules:
If you want book a tour let us know the following information:
- Tour Name (or your preferred Itinerary if not listed in our website)
- Scheduled arrival/Departure dates, flights nrs and scheduled arrival/departure times
- Nr of people travelling with you and nr/type of rooms (if accessible room requested give us details about the disabled person).
- Full name/surname. nationality of all the travelers in your party.
- Special requests, interests, needs and everyting you want let us to know.
Payment:
- Form of payment: We agree with bank's wired money transfer (Bank's cost on your side) or cash payment in USD or EUR.
- At the moment of the confirmation a 30% deposit is requested. Final settlement 1 month before scheduled arrival date.
- As alternative solution we can agree with 30% at confirmation, 40% 1 moth before schedueld arrival date and final settlement in cash USD or EUR at arrival when you will meet our rappresentative waiting for you at the airport.
- The costs to obtain the visas are NOT included in our rates. (Bank's costs on you side)
